📖 Drowned

Abnormal sightings were not that rare in the town of Sleepy Hollow, as the twins Shane and Aimee Lancaster learned. The once grieving twins now have to figure out a way to deal with enchanted oak trees, cornfield imps, and river naiads. Shane, who buries himself in workloads and books must work with his sister, a troublemaker that is the life of every party in order to solve the mystery behind the drowned victims in Sleepy Hollow. Seemingly to drown on dry land, there seemed to be something much more sinister than before. The police didn't seem to be able to discover anything of value, but the twins have a greater advantage since they had witnessed supernatural events up close. The victims were all people that had previously polluted the river in Sleepy Hollow, and the river naiads had their own way of eliminating the threat to their home. Finding out the cause of the murders is just the beginning. The twins must work together amidst constant bickering about how to rid Sleepy Hollow of river naiads that are content on drowning people that pollute their river. Although, they may not be able to avoid the river's hold on them.
