🌟 Recommendation Details

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a respected lawyer, teacher, mother and judge. Her family were Jewish immigrants and at that time people didn't like the people who were different then them. Growing up, America was at war so air raid drills were daily. Ruth and her classmates helped the war effort, planting a garden to give out food, chewing bubble gum and sending the aluminum foil to a factory that could use it for parts of an airplane. As she grew up her mother always told her that she could rely on herself and not to let anybody stomp on her. As Ruth grew up she won many medals and scholarships. I recommend this book as it is a great picture book autobiography about Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It is simple and engaging, a great thriller.
