This book is about an old grandma who lives in a small house. With a VERY BIG family. When she needs to knit 30 new sweaters for her little grand-children, they mess it up. They asked many questions! Could you eat the yarn? Were you supposed to hit the ball with the stick? Why did the ball get smaller and smaller as you chased it? Just then, Grandma lost her temper! She packed her things and left. Before she did, she yelled, "LEAVE ME ALONE!" She found a nice little place in the woods. But there were bears! The bears were curious about her as well. So she packed her things again and yelled, "LEAVE ME ALONE!" Will she finally find a place where everyone leaves her alone? Will she go back to her old home? Or will she stay there forever? I recommend this book because it teaches you a lesson that being alone isn't always the best. Also, Jon Klassen, author and illustrator of I Want My Hat Back, says, "A cranky, funny, skillful, gentle, beautiful beautiful book."
