📖 I survived the destruction of Pompeii, AD 79

This book takes place in the destruction of Pompeii, in 79AD. Marcus is an 11-year old boy who runs away with his father, who has been sold to a gladiator. They escape to Vesuvius and stay there. But not all good things last for long. Marcus and his father have to return back to Pompeii to warn the inhabitants of the coming eruption of a volcano.
