📖 Pete the Cat: Too Cool for School

Pete the Cat had many outfits, but he couldn't decide which one to wear for his first of school. He asked his friend Marty, or his teacher and bus driver, for some suggestions, but after he took all of them, he was wearing a yellow shirt, red shirt, shorts with fish, cowboy boots, and so on. Pete felt sweaty and silly wearing all of those clothes, so he took all of it off and decided to wear what he wanted. He wanted to wear his favorite shirt. He wanted to wear his favorite pants. He wanted to wear his favorite socks, shoes, and sunglasses, so he did and guess what? Pete now felt really cool and realized that it was what he thought and chose that was cool. Reason for Recommendation: This book has an appealing and hilarious plot, and has basic language, along with word repetition.
