📖 A Tale Dark and Grimm

In this mischievous and utterly original debut, Hansel and Gretel walk out of their own story and into eight other classic Grimm-inspired tales. As readers follow the siblings through a forest brimming with menacing goes, they learn the true story behind (and beyond) the bread crumbs, edible houses, and outwitted witches. My Recommendation: The original telling of this story by the Brothers' Grimm is much more dark. This is a retelling so don't worry, it is a book suitable for kids An imaginative, twisty, and I can't forget, kid friendly retelling, that will give you the right amount of spookiness you are looking for this Halloween season.

Wandmaker
