When Janice Denard, an assistant, starts getting ready for another typical Monday morning in an empty executive office, she finds stunning pictures in an abandoned printer and proof of horrifying atrocities. Now, in order to identify the offenders, the CSI team needs to follow through hardware and software, dishonesty, and deception with the assistance of the LVPD's computer forensics specialists. In a high-profile media case involving the violent murder of the Mayor's long-missing secretary, Grissom, Brown, and Sidle unearth fresh and unsettling evidence as Willows and Stokes look into the once well-kept secrets that have now been made public.
I recommend this book because the plot, along with the development of the characters, is breathtaking to watch (or read) unfold. Readers can "take part" in the crime scene with the characters as they try to figure out who has true secrets, and who has malicious intents.
